After more than 1 year of study and training, students are equipped with basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; basic issues about the Communist Party and history of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; political system, State, law and State administrative management; guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam on areas of social life; leadership and management skills and professional work of the Party and mass organizations...

As a result of the entire course, 76 students were recognized and awarded intermediate political theory diplomas; of which, 44 students were classified as excellent, 32 students were classified as fair; 8 students were awarded by the school principal for their high achievements in studying and training.
