According to Yonhap news agency, on June 24, Samsung Electronics announced that it will hold the next Galaxy Unpacked event in New York City (USA) next July to announce the latest Galaxy Z phone line, with an ultra-thin folding design and advanced artificial intelligence (AI) integration.
The event is scheduled to take place at 10am on July 9 (US time) in Brooklyn, New York, with the theme “The Ultra Experience Is Ready To Unfold” and will be live-streamed on YouTube as well as the company’s official website.
“The smartphone is no longer just a collection of apps and tools, but an intelligent companion that understands your intent and responds in real time,” Samsung said in the invitation. “The next generation of Galaxy devices is being reimagined with a new AI-powered interface, powered by groundbreaking hardware to unleash your full potential.”
Samsung is expected to introduce the latest foldable phone models in the Galaxy Z series, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7.
In its previous introduction, the company highlighted some notable improvements such as a larger display, upgraded cameras, and more powerful AI features.
Samsung typically holds two Unpacked events each year, in winter and summer. The most recent event took place in San Jose (USA) in January, where the company launched the high-end Galaxy S25 phone line./.
