"My future? Nothing has changed. I will continue to stay at Al Nassr," Ronaldo shared when asked about the possibility of leaving Saudi Arabia this summer.
Al Nassr is expected to announce a new contract with CR7 soon. The terms of the contract have not been disclosed. Many sources in Spain said that Ronaldo could reduce his income at Al Nassr in the new contract, in return he will receive 5% of the team's shares, along with other incentives when investing in Saudi Arabia.
Ronaldo's contract with Al Nassr in early 2023 made him the highest-paid player in the world , with an estimated income of £177m a year.

With a salary of around £3.4m a week, Ronaldo has amassed a huge fortune since joining Al Nassr. In the first two years, he received £354m. By 2025, CR7 will have pocketed nearly £68m more.
Sportbible estimates Ronaldo's total earnings after leaving Manchester United for Al Nassr at around £422m, not including income from other advertising and sponsorship contracts.
Ronaldo was rumored to join Al Hilal but the deal did not happen. The Portuguese superstar also confirmed that he would not participate in the FIFA Club World Cup despite receiving many offers. Clubs are willing to borrow Ronaldo for a month to compete in the Club World Cup.
Early morning of June 9, Ronaldo just won his 3rd title in the Portuguese national team with the 2025 Nations League championship. Previously, CR7 also won this tournament in 2019 and won the Euro 2016 championship.
