Reviewing the progress of preparations for the ceremony to announce Ninh Binh province's completion of the task of building new rural areas

On the afternoon of June 9, comrade Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a conference to review the progress of preparations for the ceremony to announce Ninh Binh province's completion of the task of building new rural areas. Also attending were leaders of relevant departments, agencies and sectors.

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment: Up to now, departments, branches and localities have basically completed 6 key groups of tasks. These include developing the program and script for the Announcement Ceremony, drafting speeches of central and provincial leaders; selecting and preparing speeches; completing the design and rehearsal of the welcoming art program; making a list of 550 delegates; logistics plans, ensuring security and order, food safety and hygiene and technical conditions at the venue, Pham Thi Tran Theater.

In addition to the achieved results, the conference also reviewed a number of tasks that need to continue to be focused on in the coming days, such as: welcoming delegates, general rehearsal of program content, finalizing decoration, communication, reward plans and coordination between units in the overall management of the ceremony.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Tran Song Tung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and positive spirit of departments, branches and localities in the process of implementing assigned tasks. He emphasized that this is an event of profound political and social significance, an important milestone recognizing the persistent efforts of the whole province over more than a decade of building new rural areas. Therefore, the organization of the Announcement Ceremony must be carried out solemnly, with profound political significance, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the province. The welcoming activities must be meaningful, practical, effective, safe, economical, and suitable to the actual conditions of the province.

He requested that members of the Organizing Committee and related units continue to promote a sense of responsibility, closely follow the plan, and closely coordinate in each stage of organization to ensure the ceremony is a success, creating an exciting atmosphere and spreading pride among all cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
