Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Tran Diep My Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council affirmed: In recent years, our Party and State have issued many guidelines and policies to ensure children's rights in accordance with the spirit of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, of which Vietnam is one of the first countries to sign.
However, in reality, children are still facing many potential risks, including injuries, commonly drowning; psychological pressures from school, family, social networks and lack of understanding of their own rights and responsibilities in matters related to children.

Therefore, the Green Seedling Journey 2025 program is organized with the desire to contribute to raising awareness, knowledge and necessary life skills for young team members and teenagers.
“When each child lives in a safe, healthy environment, is fully equipped with knowledge and life skills, and receives love and support from family, school and society, they will have the opportunity to develop comprehensively and become good citizens, contributing positively to the future of the country,” the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union expressed his confidence.

| First aid training for members of the Youth Volunteer Team to promote child drowning prevention |
At the program, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee launched the Youth Volunteer Team to promote drowning prevention for children in Lam Dong province. The team consists of 23 members, aiming to promote propaganda work, raise awareness and knowledge of drowning prevention; contribute to controlling and minimizing accidents and injuries for children, especially drowning accidents.
Immediately after the launch, team members and youth union members of Da Teh town participated in training and practice on first aid skills to prevent drowning for children.

On this occasion, in order to implement the Million Cups of Milk Program, the Provincial Youth Union - Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union Council also presented 2,880 cups of milk to the team members and young people of Da Huoai district. At the same time, the career counseling and orientation activities for the team members and young people were implemented by Dr. Huynh Anh Binh - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Career Guidance Center.

Within the framework of the program, there was also a contest to learn about the Law on Children. At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize to Nguyen Ba Ngoc Team, 1 Second Prize to Nguyen Van Troi Team, 1 Third Prize to Vo Thi Sau Team, 2 Encouragement Prizes to Kim Dong and Vu A Dinh Teams.
At the same time, the District Youth Union - Youth Union of Da Huoai district awarded the Drawing Contest "I draw colors of law" with 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes to individuals and groups with excellent works participating in the contest.
