We believe that a new province with a larger scale will attract more human resources to invest, develop economic infrastructure, health care and education.”
Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, an officer, said: “We had been thoroughly informed about the merger policy beforehand, so when the official announcement ceremony took place, most of us were proactive. At first, there may be many difficulties in adjusting the working process and assigning tasks, but the important thing is the consensus and solidarity within the organization to serve the people without interruption.”
