
On the morning of July 12, Vice Chairwoman of the Ward People's Committee Tran Thi Thuy Dung and representatives of the Department of Culture - Society and residential areas visited and presented gifts to 3 extremely disadvantaged households in Ban Phiet commune (old), namely the households of Ms. Nguyen Thi Cat, Mr. Tran Van Bon and Mr. Nguyen Ba Tong.
On the same day, Lao Cai ward youth visited, gave gifts, and cleaned up the family of Mr. Trang A Kin (Ban Phiet village).
Then, on the morning of July 13, the Department of Culture and Society coordinated with the Ward Military Command to organize activities to clean and decorate the stele house to record the names of heroic martyrs.


These are practical activities to support people in difficult circumstances, affirming the deep concern of local authorities in social security work, thereby adding confidence and motivation for households to improve their lives.
In addition, activities to care for and renovate the monument to record the names of heroic martyrs contributeto educating revolutionary traditions, the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking", raising awareness and interest of the whole society in the work of gratitude.

The meaningful grassroots activities of Lao Cai Ward right after the merger affirmed the spirit of community solidarity and grassroots orientation of the government close to the people, for the people.
