Women's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Day contributes to promoting the startup movement, creating many sustainable and environmentally friendly products.
The Women's Union at all levels coordinated to provide consultation, knowledge training, and loan support for 1,299 female-owned businesses. In addition, it supported the establishment of 9 female business clubs and 9 start-up clubs to create an environment for female entrepreneurs to exchange, share experiences, and learn from each other. These figures show the effectiveness of Project No. 939 in motivating, providing knowledge, and financial resources for women to confidently embark on the path of starting a business.
The success of the Women's Startup Movement is demonstrated through many inspirational stories. One of them is the story of Ms. Pham Thi Hau (living in Khanh Hau Ward) - who successfully started a business with mixed rice paper products and built the Co Ut rice paper brand. According to Ms. Hau, she encountered difficulties at the beginning, but thanks to participating in training programs of the Women's Union, she learned how to manage finances and build a brand. Most importantly, the Union helped her participate in trade promotion fairs and connect with product consumption, thanks to which, she was able to connect with reputable distribution channels.
Another successful example is Ms. Tran Thi Yen Ly (residing in Tam Vu commune). With her efforts and the spirit of daring to think and dare to do, Ms. Yen Ly has affirmed herself through the packaging sewing model. She believes: “Starting a business is not only for economic development but also to spread the belief that women can completely control their lives. I hope that women will boldly step out of their comfort zone, confidently assert themselves and together build a strong and creative women startup community.”
It can be seen that the support of authorities at all levels, especially the Association level, does not only stop at supporting resources but also contributes to creating a favorable environment to promote capacity, stimulate creativity and affirm their own qualities. Thanks to that, PN is increasingly confident, contributing to building a dynamic, creative and sustainable community.
