Poverty alleviation in mountainous communes must be substantial, the city needs to review and consider where the shortcomings are to remove them. The central government has many national target programs for mountainous areas, when operating the government according to the new model, Da Nang City focuses on research to have guidelines for communes to implement, especially the construction of new rural communes must be substantial, so that people can truly benefit.
