On the afternoon of July 12, Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union held a conference to review the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in the first 6 months of the year; deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.

In the first 6 months of 2024, closely following the theme of the year: "Year of Youth Volunteers", the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement have developed comprehensively and achieved many outstanding results. Propaganda andeducation work has received attention, many contents have been well organized, creating a deep attraction for a large number of cadres, union members and young people. The work of building the Youth Union to participate in building the Party, government and people's organizations has been strengthened.

Volunteer movements, campaigns, and movements "Shocking, volunteering to develop the socio -economy and protect the Fatherland"; "Accompanying young people on the path to self-employment and career building", "Youth join hands to build new rural areas"... have been effectively implemented. The entire Union has maintained and undertaken 16,000 self-managed youth routes on the environment; repaired and renewed nearly 37km of rural roads; promoted 278 activities on traffic safety; provided free consultation and examination for nearly 7,000 people in difficult circumstances...

In the last 6 months of the year, the Youth Union at all levels continued to closely follow the annual work theme; well organize traditional education activities on the occasion of major holidays of the province, the country, and the Union. Direct units to well organize revolutionary action movements, programs to accompany young people; especially well implement the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign; activities to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the "Year of Youth Volunteers"; strengthen support activities, accompany young people in studying, establishing themselves, starting a business, and practicing life skills, improving physical fitness, cultural and spiritual life.
Carry out well the work of information, orientation and grasp the situation and ideology of union members and young people; strengthen the work of participating in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints. Pay attention to the work of training, fostering, and coaching skills and expertise for union officials at all levels; the work of managing, monitoring, and regularly updating data on grassroots union organizations, union members, and young people on the union member management software; the work of fostering and introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider admission.
Direct the completion of the organization of the District Youth Union Congress according to the set plan; at the same time, successfully organize the 7th Provincial Youth Union Congress, term 2024-2029.
