Traffic diversion outside Hanoi to serve event A80

For Hanoi City: Routes, times, types of road vehicles are completely banned, temporarily banned, and restricted from operating in Hanoi's inner city area, following the temporary traffic diversion notice of Hanoi City Police.

For roads leading to the center of Hanoi, traffic diversion outside Hanoi will be carried out from 10:00 p.m. on August 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 30.

Traffic classification subjects : trucks of 10 tons or more, passenger cars of 45 seats or more (except passenger cars on fixed routes, buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident response vehicles, vehicles with badges serving the Anniversary Ceremony and priority vehicles on duty).

Road traffic restrictions towards Hanoi city center:

For expressways: Hanoi - Ninh Binh Expressway (CT01): from Thuong Tin intersection (km 192+300 CT01, Hong Van commune, Hanoi city);

Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (CT04): from Yen My intersection (km 21+500 CT04);

Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (CT07): from Van Xuan intersection (intersection with National Highway 3 at km 40+700 CT07) to the intersection with National Highway 18 (Yen Phong commune, Bac Ninh province);

Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway (CT05): from Binh Xuyen - IC3 intersection (CT05 intersection with provincial road 310B in Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province).

For national highways:

National Highway 1A: from the intersection of Phan Trong Tue Street (Provincial Road 70A) - Ngoc Hoi (National Highway 1A); National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway): from the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (km 152+600 National Highway 1A);

National Highway 2: from the intersection of National Highway 2 - Vo Van Kiet Street.
National Highway 3: from the Cavalry Police Regiment (Ba Xuyen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province) → from the intersection of Cach Mang Thang 8 Street and National Highway 3 to Nam Tien intersection (from km 46+650 to km 41+900 National Highway 3) → Tran Nguyen Han Street (Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province) - to Van Xuan CT07 intersection.

National Highway 5: from Cau Chui intersection (Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Van Cu).

National Highway 6: from the intersection with Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road (km 65+100 National Highway 6).

National Highway 21A: section from the intersection with National Highway 32 to Cho Ben intersection (intersection of National Highway 21A with Ho Chi Minh road).

National Highway 18: section from the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway CT07 (Yen Phong commune, Bac Ninh province).

Traffic Police Department recommends

During the time of traffic diversion, transport enterprises, drivers, vehicle owners subject to traffic diversion and people participating in traffic need to minimize traffic participation on routes, sections and time frames announced to temporarily restrict road traffic.

Traffic participants must strictly comply with the provisions of the law on road traffic order and safety, pay attention to: driving in the correct lane; keeping distance and speed; not stopping or parking illegally;

When there is a signal from a priority vehicle on duty, the driver must quickly reduce speed, avoid or stop close to the right side of the road to give way to the priority vehicle; comply with the instructions and traffic control of the Traffic Police and other functional forces;

Before participating in traffic, proactively check the vehicle's technical safety, ensure that the vehicle does not have any incidents or traffic accidents that obstruct traffic; proactively update traffic situations and choose appropriate time frames and routes during the activities of the Anniversary.
