Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Comrade Vu Tien Anh - Party Secretary, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The 1st Congress of the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee, term (2025-2030) is of great significance, opening a new period of development in terms of both organizational structure and personnel "ensuring streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency" according to Conclusion 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo . The Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee strives to promote the tradition of solidarity, self-reliance and creativity; determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, improve the quality of consulting, proposing and serving logistics to ensure timely response to the leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The political report submitted to the Congress stated: In the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office has always promoted its role as the political nucleus, leading cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers to well implement the resolutions and directives of the Party and the laws of the State. The Party Committee and Party cells have developed appropriate programs and plans; each individual has promoted his/her role and responsibility in leadership, direction, and administration; maintained the principle of democratic centralism in activities; promoted the leadership role and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members. Effectively carried out the work of advising, proposing political tasks, national defense and security, and internal management, contributing to the completion of the annual targets assigned by the superiors. Up to this point, the results of implementing the Congress resolution for the term (2020-2025) have achieved and exceeded the set plan, with 4/7 important targets. Of which, 95% of cadres, party members and 90% or more of the masses study and thoroughly understand the Party's directives and resolutions and the State's laws. Every year, at least 1 or more outstanding mass members are admitted into the Communist Party of Vietnam. In addition, the Party Committee has also developed and implemented a plan to inspect and supervise Party organizations and party members according to regulations. The Trade Union and Youth Union branches have annually completed their tasks well or better.
At the Congress, delegates discussed and voted to approve many important targets for implementation during the term (2025-2030). In particular, striving to have 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees and agencies, departments and units fulfill their tasks well or better every year; 95% or more of party members fulfill their tasks well or better; organizations fulfill their tasks well or better. The Party Committee fulfills its tasks well or better. Strive to admit 3 or more party members during the term (2025-2030). 100% of cadres, civil servants and employees participate in studying all resolutions of the Party at all levels.
