Osimhen makes MU, Al Hilal disillusioned

Striker Victor Osimhen has reached a personal agreement to return to Galatasaray to play from the 2025/26 season.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano said Osimhen agreed to sign a three-year contract with the Turkish club, with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Galatasaray are currently negotiating a transfer fee with Napoli.

According to Sky Sports , Napoli have rejected an initial offer of €60m from Galatasaray. The Serie A side is demanding a higher fee, closer to the €75m release clause in Osimhen's contract.

During the 2024/25 season, Osimhen played for Galatasaray on loan and scored 37 goals, along with 8 assists in 41 matches in all competitions. He was instrumental in helping Galatasaray win the domestic double last season.

Impressed by Osimhen's performance, Galatasaray decided to spend a lot of money to buy this striker. The Nigerian star has proven his worth and will be an important addition to Galatasaray in the competition on the continent.

Previously, Osimhen also received attention from MU and Al Hilal. Notably, Al Hilal once offered Napoli 75 million euros, along with a salary of up to 40 million euros per year for Osimhen. However, this striker refused.
