Ingredients: 150g, 100g beef, 50ml white wine, soy sauce, garlic, salt, cooking oil, pepper, sugar.

- Prepare ingredients: When you buy dried seaweed, soak it in water for about 20 - 30 minutes to let it expand and become softer. Next, take a little salt or vinegar, squeeze it with the seaweed to remove the fishy smell of the seaweed. Then, wash the seaweed and drain it, then cut the seaweed into long strands about 5cm long, do not cut it too small. When you buy beef, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Then, put the beef in a bowl and marinate the beef with soy sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon of white wine and mix well so that the beef absorbs the spices.

- Process: Peel and mince the garlic. Next, add cooking oil to the pot, place on the stove over low heat. When the oil boils, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add marinated beef and stir-fry until the meat is rare, then add seaweed and stir-fry together. Use chopsticks to stir well so that the seaweed and beef absorb the spices, stir-fry for about 10 minutes, then turn off the stove. Add a sufficient amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Then, add the beef and stir-fried seaweed to the pot of water to cook the soup. Note, you should add a moderate amount of water so that the soup has a rich and delicious flavor. Season the soup again to taste, when the soup boils, turn off the stove.

- Finish: To make the soup more delicious and flavorful, you can add a few thin slices of ginger and a little sesame oil to the pot. These are strong spices that can cover up the remaining fishy taste of seaweed. Moreover, the hot taste of ginger balances the cold nature of seaweed to avoid stomach cold.
