Implement Plan No. 278/KH-BTC dated June 17, 2025 of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition of Socio -Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); Plan No. 158/KH-UBND dated June 6, 2025 of the City People's Committee on organizing activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) in Hanoi. The Hanoi People's Committee organized a special art program "Hanoi - Forever Vietnam's Aspiration" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at 8:00 p.m. on August 31, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi City.

To ensure the successful organization of the Program, the City People's Committee requests the Department of Culture and Sports to be the standing agency to advise on the overall organization work, responsible for implementing the special art program "Hanoi - Forever Vietnam's aspiration" to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with regulations and instructions of the city. Synthesize and advise the City People's Committee on the progress and results of implementing tasks to successfully organize the program. Responsible for urging and coordinating units to organize tasks; guide the resolution of difficulties and problems during the implementation process, synthesize and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and direction on contents beyond its authority;...
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee directs and guides the city's press agencies to propagate and report on the Special Art Program. The Hanoi Capital Command coordinates to license unmanned aerial vehicles to serve the filming of the entire program.
The City Police Department develops a plan to ensure security, order, fire prevention and fighting, traffic flow and ensure safety for delegates and guests attending the program. Take the lead and coordinate with the Department of Construction to implement traffic flow to ensure order and safety on roads and streets; ensure that there are no traffic jams around the event area; guide and arrange parking spaces for delegates and forces attending the program.
Along with that, the Hanoi People's Committee requested the Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Health, Department of Finance, Department of Tourism, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Hanoi Radio and Television, etc. to coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee and related units to effectively organize the implementation of assigned tasks, ensuring the progress of the exam plan.
The City People's Committee requested the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; requested the City's Departments, branches, sectors, the People's Committee of Dong Anh commune and related units to seriously implement the tasks to successfully organize the special art program "Hanoi - Forever the aspiration of Vietnam" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)./.
