Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department publicly announced the phone number of the department head - Colonel Tran Trung Hieu.

On July 20, a representative of the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that in order to promptly receive and handle traffic reports from citizens, the department has made public the phone number of its head, Colonel Tran Trung Hieu.

Colonel Hieu's phone number is 0767.86.08.08 (Zalo, Viber).

Organizations and individuals can contact by text message or call directly to the head of PC08 24/7, during and outside of office hours, to provide and reflect on the traffic order and safety situation in the whole city or to give comments and recommendations on issues related to the activities of the city's traffic police force.

The public announcement of the phone number aims to create an information channel for the head of PC08 to directly receive and resolve feedback from organizations and individuals in the spirit of being close to the people, respecting the people, and serving the people 24/7.
