Vu Thanh An's music copyright, currently held by a third party, will expire in 2024. Singer Ngoc Cham will begin to protect, exploit and use the musician's copyright after that time.

Singer Ngoc Cham accepts to fulfill the wish of musician Vu Thanh An on a voluntary and non-profit basis. Singer Ngoc Cham will preserve and introduce more works of musician Vu Thanh An to music lovers.

The representative of Vu Thanh An's family will make every effort to support singer Ngoc Cham in fulfilling the wishes of musician Vu Thanh An. In case singer Ngoc Cham cannot continue to fulfill the wishes of musician Vu Thanh An, this transfer agreement will become invalid, and all copyrights of musician Vu Thanh An's works will be handed over to the relatives of musician Vu Thanh An for management.
