According to the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, there are many cultural, artistic and exhibition activities throughout the city to serve the people and tourists. Among them, there is a special art program - a live television bridge taking place on the evening of September 2 at Nguyen Hue Walking Street (Saigon Ward), New City Central Park ( Binh Duong Ward), Thuy Van Square (Vung Tau Ward).

Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Hieu informed that with the desire to improve service quality, bring better and better experiences to tourists, leave a good impression about service quality, safe and civilized tourism environment, in August, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism organized a training course on fire prevention, fire fighting and ensuring food safety for 350 representatives of tourist accommodation establishments, service establishments that meet standards for serving tourists, restaurants and eateries listed in the Michelin Guide (a guide that provides addresses of delicious restaurants for food lovers).
Trainees were updated with a lot of information related to new regulations on food safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, and were also instructed on principles of safe food processing, measures to prevent and handle food poisoning at the facility, and skills in management and control of fire prevention and fighting at the facility.

According to Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province Nguyen Quoc Thanh, in order to prepare conditions to serve people and tourists on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the provincial functional units have reminded tourism service businesses to strengthen security and safety, improve service quality, and ensure a civilized, safe and friendly tourism environment.

Service businesses must enhance their responsibility in selecting means and service personnel; prevent solicitation, price gouging, and unreasonable price increases of goods and services; arrange enough staff to guide and support tourists, promptly handle arising situations and feedback from tourists, and ensure satisfaction for tourists.
Along with that, on this occasion, sectors and localities in the province promote propaganda and spread information about community ecotourism products, cultural tourism, visiting relics associated with cultural tours, gratitude tourism, journey to the source, introducing to tourists the image of Ca Mau tourism rich in identity, attractive and safe./.
