In particular, Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW clearly states: There are special and outstanding preferential policies for teachers; increase vocational preferential allowances for preschool and general education institutions to at least 70% for teachers, at least 30% for staff, 100% for teachers in especially difficult areas, border areas, islands, and ethnic minority areas.

Emphasizing the superiority of this Resolution, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Vice Principal of An Khanh B Kindergarten (An Khanh, Hanoi) said that the upcoming policies of the Party and State for the education sector, especially preschool education, are all condensed in Resolution 71. This brings much hope and new vitality to the teaching staff.

"For many years, the staff of public kindergartens have suffered many disadvantages and low salaries. The upcoming increase in allowances by the State to at least 30% will also be a great source of encouragement for them to continue their career. We hope that Resolution 71 will be quickly implemented so that the school's staff will be more excited," Ms. Tuyen expressed.

More motivation for teachers to contribute

From practical work, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hop - Principal of Dai Mo 3 Primary School (Tay Mo, Hanoi) commented that Resolution 71 mentioned a number of strategic contents for education and training development until 2045, including increasing allowances for teachers and increasing spending on education.

"From the perspective of grassroots management, I think Resolution 71 has really touched the hearts of teachers. Because for many years, educators like us have been concerned about our colleagues' concerns. That is, salaries have not increased but goods have increased, salaries are not enough to cover living expenses. Therefore, many teachers have to do other jobs," Mr. Hop shared.

Resolution 71 requires promoting decentralization and delegation of authority in conjunction with resource allocation, enhancing autonomy and self-responsibility of educational institutions in conjunction with effective inspection and supervision, which is also very meaningful.
