According to the admission regulations, the responsibility of resolving errors lies with the schools. However, according to records, the Ministry of Education and Training receives about 20-30 complaints and recommendations from candidates and their families every day via the hotline.

Since the time schools announced their admission scores, more than 40 emails have been sent to the ministry, mainly requesting regional and target priority or adjusting the order of preferences... These numbers are slightly lower than in 2024.

In addition, there were comments from some media channels about the mistakes of some schools. This information was promptly transferred to the schools for handling and has been basically resolved.

In case candidates feel qualified but are not on the admission list, they can send information to the ministry's information channels to promptly direct schools to handle and resolve the matter in accordance with regulations.
