In 2025, Tuy Hoa City People's Committee chose the City's Youth Park to organize a spring flower street, serving the spring and Tet activities of people and tourists.

The main gate of the flower street is a giant snake mascot named "Kim Ty Phu Quy" inspired by the theme of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing applications. The mascot is over 11m high and 135m long.

The mascot's head is fitted with thousands of LED lights, creating a sparkling image at night.

Every day, thousands of people and tourists gather on Tuy Hoa city's spring flower street to enjoy and take souvenir photos with the mascot "Kim Ty Phu Quy".

Ms. Nguyen Le Hoa, a tourist from Binh Dinh, said she was very impressed by the snake mascot here. Especially the snake's body and head look very real, soulful and shimmering with electric light.

The mascot "Kim Ty Phu Quy" is shaped with an iron frame combined with rattan, bamboo and modern materials that are durable and resistant to sun and rain.

According to the Tuy Hoa City People's Committee, the total area of the flower street is about 4,000 square meters, 250 meters long. The flower street uses more than 70,000 flower baskets of nearly 100 species of flowers with a variety of colors for decoration.

The total cost of implementing the At Ty spring flower street in 2025 and spring flower decoration in some neighboring areas is more than 7.6 billion VND; of which 50% is socialized and 50% is from the city budget.

The snake mascot in the central position is over 12m high and 38m long with the theme "Snake reaching out to the ocean in the integration period". The designer chose the cobra to create the majestic mascot.

The body of the snake mascot is made of 7-color reflective materials, creating a beautiful effect at night.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh, Vice Chairman of Tuy Hoa City People's Committee, said that the snake mascots were all constructed using durable materials, so after Tet, the city still kept the original state, making this place a check-in point for tourists coming to Tuy Hoa.
