Nam Sach invests in upgrading the road from An Thuong commune to road 390D and Han bridge.

The approximately 1.36 km long route from An Thuong commune (Hai Duong city) through Hong Phong commune (Nam Sach) to provincial road 390D will be renovated and upgraded in the 2024-2025 period.

According to the resolution of the People's Council of Nam Sach district, the road about 1.36 km long from An Thuong commune ( Hai Duong city) through Hong Phong commune (Nam Sach) to provincial road 390D will be renovated and upgraded with an average roadbed width of 6-7 m; implementation period is 2024-2025.

This project is invested by Nam Sach District Construction Investment Project Management Board. The total estimated investment is 10 billion VND from the district budget.

This is a route with a large volume of traffic and has been degraded for a long time, many voters have complained.
