People in Nam Hung commune, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) said that this flood is beneficial for raising fish in cages on the river.

Directly recorded at some fish cage farming sites on the river in Nam Sach district, the water flow is strong but not too fast. People have implemented measures to reinforce cages, mooring lines, and nets so they are not damaged. Flood water also helps the water source to be cleaner, with more oxygen, which is good for fish.
