(NLDO) - Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation will take control of Trump International Vietnam Company with an indirect ownership ratio of 95.32%.

Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (stock code: KBC), chaired by Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, has just sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), stating that Hung Yen Investment and Development Group Joint Stock Company (HYG) - a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban - contributed capital to establish Trump International Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

Contribute 99% capital to Trump International Vietnam Company

In which, Hung Yen Company contributed 99% of the charter capital of Trump International Vietnam Company, leading to Trump International Vietnam being identified as a company controlled by Kinh Bac City with an indirect ownership ratio of 95.32%.

Hung Yen Company - a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban Area contributes 99% of the charter capital of Trump International Vietnam Company.

Trump International Vietnam was established on July 9, headquartered in Hung Yen, with its main business being real estate.

Previously, in May 2025, the Khoai Chau urban, eco -tourism and golf course complex project (Trump International Hung Yen project) was started in Hung Yen province, with a scale of nearly 1,000 hectares and a total investment of over 1.5 billion USD; including a 54-hole VIP golf course system, resorts, luxury villas, modern urban complexes and international standard amenities.

The project is part of the strategic cooperation between the Trump Organization – the family corporation of US President Donald Trump and Hung Yen Company, marking the first presence of the Trump brand in Vietnam.
