VietNamNetVietNamNet08/10/2023

Heavy rain lasting from last night (October 7) to this morning (October 8) has caused many streets in Ha Tinh City to be submerged in water. Deeply flooded streets such as Hai Thuong Lan Ong, Le Duan, Nguyen Cong Tru... water levels from 20 - 60 cm high have made it difficult for people to move around.

The Traffic Police - Order Team of Ha Tinh City Police recommends that everyone be careful not to travel on these routes to ensure safety for people and vehicles.
