3 - 5 star rooms are sold out on weekends
Recently, many tourists coming to Nha Trang on their own have had difficulty finding satisfactory hotel rooms. The situation of "running out" of hotel rooms in Nha Trang has occurred since the end of June 2025 and shows no signs of cooling down. Currently, coastal hotels on Tran Phu and Pham Van Dong streets (in Nha Trang ward, North Nha Trang), resorts in Bai Dai area have all reported full rooms on weekends, some places are fully booked until the end of August 2025. Ms. Bui Thi Mach - Director of Maha Trading and Service Company Limited (Maha Travel) said: "Customers booked 2 rooms for this weekend, but I found them in 3-star hotels and resorts but none were available. Never before has Khanh Hoa tourism been "running out" of rooms like it is now". Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi - Director of An Lam Travel Company Limited (An Lam Travel) shared: "Room prices have increased by about 20% compared to last summer. Finding a room to stay on weekends is really difficult."

On online booking platforms such as Agoda, Booking or Traveloka, the phrase “no more rooms available” appears continuously, especially on weekends. Ms. Nguyen Thi Uyen Chi - General Manager of Empyrean Nha Trang Hotel, Deputy Head of the Hotel Association (Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association) shared: “This period is the peak of summer tourism. Companies send their employees on vacation, families also send their children on vacation before the new school year, so the number of visitors to Khanh Hoa is very large. Currently, 3-5 star hotels have room occupancy rates of about 85% or more. On weekends, it is very rare for hotels to have nice rooms left...”.
