The name Phu Yen that our ancestors chose as their title has been attached to the sacred soul of the mountains and rivers, deeply rooted in the souls of many generations; sowing the seeds of dreams of wealth and happiness has nurtured many generations of people, creating a unique cultural region called "Xu Nau".
Hesitant and nostalgic, but also very understanding, in agreement, and full of faith in the policies of our Party and State. The natural and social law is to always innovate and develop. Unity, consensus, and solidarity to achieve success are the thousand-year-old traditions of our nation, the strength that made the victory of the Vietnamese revolution in the resistance wars against foreign invaders...
The “revolution of streamlining the apparatus” to bring the country into a new era, an era of national development, is an inevitable objective requirement, meeting the development requirements of the country. The name Phu Yen no longer exists, but the rivers, seas, mountains, forests, and fields are still there; The cultural values of the land and people of Xu Nau will always be with us.
In my heart, the cheers of the great forest echo in harmony with the rhythm of the ocean waves; when the high windy mountains meet the strong waves, when the more than four hundred years of culture of the Central coastal region of Nau blends with the sacred soul of the Central Highlands. I dreamily see the sublimation imbued with the identity of the mountains, forests and sea, the harmony between the two lands of sea and forest creating a new nuance of the new countryside, in new conditions. As affirmed by General Secretary To Lam: “… This new development space is created based on a long-term vision, aiming at synchronous, sustainable and scientific development. This is the most vivid expression of strategic thinking, innovation in the model of government organization, to serve the people better, closer to the people and more effectively… Most importantly, the state and government serving will no longer be a slogan but will become a concrete, substantive action reaching the people and businesses”.
With pride in this land of solidarity and affection, I believe that the new Dak Lak province will join the whole country in awakening the will to rise up with the spirit: "One strip of mountains and rivers, one heart". Looking at the Nghinh Phong tower in front of the vast ocean, looking at the deep green Tuy Hoa fields that are bustling with a new name from the renovation revolution of the Party and the nation, my heart is filled with faith in the future...
