The accommodation support period lasts from August 30 to September 3, to create the most favorable conditions for people during the days of important events.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology also coordinated to receive 200 45-seat vehicles to gather and transport delegates attending the Anniversary Ceremony.

According to the school, the rooms at B9 and B10 - Hanoi University of Science and Technology Dormitory, have been urgently prepared and cleaned, ready to welcome people to stay.
Of which, house B9 has a capacity of 500 seats and house B10 has 700 seats, a total of 1,200 free accommodations.
Each room is fully equipped with amenities such as water heater, ventilation fan, lighting system, clean bedding and spacious private bathroom, ensuring convenience and safety in daily life.

According to the school, in parallel with arranging accommodation, all staff, from security guards, dormitory managers to cleaning staff, are mobilized, assigned tasks and work throughout the holidays.
According to Hanoi University of Science and Technology: "The school will check registration information and identification documents, guide check-in and disseminate dormitory regulations, issue access cards or confirmation papers for convenient management.
In particular, the University of Technology also arranges staff to ensure security and order during the entire stay.
Previously, the Organizing Committee of the Rally, Parade, and March to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd requested departments, branches, local authorities, and businesses in Hanoi to coordinate and support the arrangement of 12 university campuses and 68 licensed roadside locations to keep vehicles, in order to facilitate people to gather vehicles, move around, and follow the event.
Schools in Hanoi also opened their doors to serve the people and international guests, contributing to spreading the atmosphere of respect and hospitality, celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day.
