Ms. Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang - Deputy General Director of Operations of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: CTD) - has just shared a letter about the company's business results for the 2025 fiscal year (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).
One of the contents of this letter is that the company has just paid a bonus of up to 6 months' salary to the best group, and the best group is awarded 4.5 months' salary.
The above salary and bonus regime was introduced after a year of strong recovery of Coteccons' financial health. The financial report for the fourth quarter of the 2025 fiscal year showed that the company's consolidated net revenue reached VND8,351 billion, up 27% over the same period.
Accumulated for 12 months, consolidated net revenue reached VND 24,867 billion, up 18.2% compared to fiscal year 2024. Profit after tax in this fiscal year reached VND 454 billion, up 47% over the previous year, also the company's highest profit since 2020.
As of the end of June, Coteccons had 2,997 employees, an increase of 599 people compared to the same period last year. Employee salary and bonus expenses were nearly VND195 billion, an increase of nearly 45% compared to the previous year. Employee expenses were also 59% higher than the same period, recorded at more than VND272 billion.
Coteccons has recorded strong growth in recent years. The company also pays generously for salaries and bonuses for leaders.

In the past, in the early stages after Mr. Bolat Duisenov took over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coteccons from October 2020 (replacing Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong), the company's personnel team then fluctuated strongly.
At that time, key personnel at the board of directors, strategy subcommittee, compensation subcommittee, human resources department, accounting and auditing, and the executive board all left.
Statistics by the end of September 2020 showed that the number of employees of the parent company Coteccons decreased by 26% from 1,447 people (December 31, 2019) to 1,075 people, equivalent to a decrease of nearly 400 employees. This is the year with the sharpest decrease in the number of employees at the parent company after only 9 months since then. The consolidated number (total at related units) also decreased significantly, from 2,272 people to only 1,793 people, equivalent to a decrease of nearly 500 employees.
After the company restructured and achieved positive signals from 2023, some former employees returned to work for the company.
