The campaign "Dyeing cyberspace red" received enthusiastic response on September 2nd

(Dan Tri) - A large-scale campaign on social networking platforms, applications, games, etc. is being conducted to promote Vietnam's image and culture and arouse patriotism on the occasion of the 80th National Day.

To spread the spirit of patriotism on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is implementing a large-scale communication campaign called "Proud of Vietnam - Dyeing cyberspace red".

The campaign includes many meaningful activities with the aim of arousing national pride and spreading patriotism in cyberspace.

Games and applications are actively responding to the campaign "Proud of Vietnam - Dyeing cyberspace red".

The highlight throughout the campaign is the image of the red flag with yellow star and other historical and cultural symbols of the nation that will be widely spread on cyberspace, not only in Vietnam but also reaching many countries around the world .

Leading social networking platforms in Vietnam will actively participate in the campaign. Specifically, on the Zalo platform, a personal page interface will be updated with the colors of the big holiday, helping users easily immerse themselves in the celebration atmosphere.

Zalo also launched an AI avatar that integrates the national flag and images reminiscent of the spirit of independence and freedom, allowing users to creatively express their patriotism.

In addition, the campaign will also expand on platforms in Zalo's ecosystem, such as Zing MP3, which will introduce special music playlists with the theme of Fatherland - People - Revolution, and attach a special National Day symbol on the homepage, creating a strong spreading effect.

Zalo Video application will promote livestream events to celebrate National Day, and suggest a series of videos on the theme of September 2 such as interviews with historical figures, art programs and local commemorative activities.

It is expected that these activities will reach 30-40 million accounts and applications in Zalo's ecosystem, ensuring that the National Day spirit spreads widely.

The participation of the Vietnamese gaming industry is also a special feature of this campaign. The Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information has mobilized and called on about 30 leading game production enterprises in Vietnam to join the campaign to “dye cyberspace red”.

Game companies will "dye red" from 150 to 200 games released globally, among which, the most prominent are titles such as Screwdom, Bus Out, Cookingdom, Dreamy Room, Goods Puzzle: Sort Challenge, Galaxiga: Space Arcade Shooter, Survivor Kingdoms...

All of these games will simultaneously feature the image of the Vietnamese flag on their application icons, maps, in-game items, and during special events.

It is estimated that about 100 million players in Vietnam and around the world will have access to this meaningful campaign, contributing to promoting Vietnam's image internationally in a unique way.

In addition, on this special occasion, at the request of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, the Google Play application store for the Android platform also responded and launched the celebration of National Day September 2 with the "Made in Vietnam" Collection.

Accordingly, this collection is prioritized to display on the Google Play Games homepage classic games that evoke traditional Vietnamese culture, produced and published by large Vietnamese enterprises. The goal is to honor Vietnam's special talents in the field of game development and help them reach a diverse audience in Vietnam and around the world.

According to Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, this is the first time Zalo and Vietnamese game companies have unanimously implemented a large-scale, unified activity to celebrate National Day September 2, not only in Vietnam but also to spread the image of the national flag globally.

Mr. Tu Do emphasized that this campaign not only brings an interesting experience to users and gamers, but also contributes to promoting the image of Vietnam to international friends in a creative and friendly way.

With the scale and synchronous coordination between technology platforms, businesses and the government, the campaign "Proud of Vietnam - Dyeing cyberspace red" promises to create a strong wave, contributing to deepening national pride and promoting the image of Vietnam to the world in an effective and creative way.

The campaign “Proud of Vietnam - Dyeing cyberspace red” affirms the power of digital space in arousing patriotism, honoring national historical and cultural values, spreading gratitude and national pride, and strengthening the spirit of community cohesion, especially among young people - the core force of Vietnam's digital age.
