Apple has officially announced its iPhone 17 launch event. When this new hardware appears, users can expect Apple to stop selling some current products.

The iPhone 17 will be the highlight of the event, with the launch of four new models. As a result, Apple is likely to discontinue the three iPhone models that are still in its stores, according to 9to5Mac .

Earlier this year, Apple replaced the iPhone SE with the more modern iPhone 16e. Now, this budget iPhone line is still updated annually, so it's not dead.

However, it is likely that Apple will stop selling the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus after the iPhone 17 event ends. Users can still find these two models at distribution and retail points. If this change happens, for the first time, all iPhone models sold by Apple will support Apple Intelligence.

In the higher segment, Apple usually keeps the two standard flagship models with a price reduction of about $ 100. Therefore, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will remain in the product catalog.
