On social networking sites, many people expressed their joy and excitement when receiving support gifts from the Party and State.

Most people use the gifts for legitimate family purposes, others put them in savings for the upcoming lean days to have extra money to cover living expenses.

Mr. Briu Quan, Chairman of the People's Committee of A Vuong Commune, said that in order to promptly distribute gifts to people, over the past few days, commune officials, village chiefs, and grassroots security forces have worked tirelessly to complete the gift-giving to people before the National Day holiday.

In particular, the spirit of shock was highly promoted when a team was assigned to Aur village, bordering Quang Long commune ( Hue city).

“This is a village located deep in the jungle, isolated from the outside world. With a sense of responsibility, we have completed the distribution of 5,463 gifts to the people of the entire commune. Through the information received, all the people in the commune are happy with the affection of the Party and State and use the gifts for meaningful family purposes,” said Mr. Briu Quan.

Lasting joy

On the morning of September 2, thousands of people from the mountainous regions gathered together in traditional houses to watch the military parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. In the continuing joy, people shared their feelings of pride when witnessing the country's " peace story", especially the affection that the Party and State have for people across the country.

Mr. Bui The Anh, Chairman of the People's Committee of La Dee Commune, said that although the gift distribution ended early, joy still resounded in every story of the people in the border area. Previously, when hearing the news that the State gave 100,000 VND/person on the occasion of National Day, everyone in La Dee Commune was excited.

“In the border areas of the Fatherland, despite many difficulties, people are always united, trust in the leadership of the Party, and join hands to build a new life. The encouragement gifts on the occasion of Independence Day are a great concern of the Party and State leaders for the people.

Immediately after the policy was issued, the commune officials temporarily put aside their holidays and established four working groups to go to the villages to give Independence Day gifts to the community. Thanks to the coordination of the village chief and the updated data from the commune police, the gift distribution was carried out quickly and smoothly," Mr. The Anh informed.
