Journalist Bui Tien Dung - Director of the Training Center and Head ofthe Education Department of Tuoi Tre Newspaper - affirmed this at the closing ceremony of the training program "Journalism with Tuoi Tre " on the afternoon of June 8.
The two-day program (June 7 and 8) is exclusively for students of Cuu Long University, within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the school and Tuoi Tre newspaper.
According to Mr. Dung, there are many signs to confirm the success of the program. The first is the safety factor when nearly 100 students from Vinh Long who came to Ho Chi Minh City to participate in the activities were all healthy, happy and full of energy.
Second, the program includes five topics taking place consecutively and densely over two days, with many activities in many different locations, from classrooms to editorial offices, studios, especially the experience and practice trip on the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line.
All students participated fully, with photo products for lecturers to comment and evaluate. Products of many students were selected, qualified and posted on Tuoi Tre Online .
The enthusiasm of the students and their positive comments and feedback at the end of the program are the foundation for Tuoi Tre newspaper to confidently develop this model with many more courses for students of Cuu Long University as well as other universities across the country.

Speaking at the ceremony, MSc. Le Hoang Trung - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Cuu Long University - thanked Tuoi Tre newspaper for creating conditions for students to study and experience the actual process of working in journalism and communications.
"Although it only lasted for two days, the program brought many valuable experiences. Students not only learned theory but also practiced, commented, and exchanged with experienced journalists. Even the accompanying lecturers learned many useful things for teaching" - Mr. Hoang Trung said.

The organizing committee honored and awarded 11 students with excellent photography works, to encourage and motivate their spirit of learning and love for the profession.
In particular, all students participating in the program will receive a certificate of completion of the course "Journalism with Tuoi Tre ".
