Hanoi leads the country in the number of high school graduation exams scoring 10 points.

GD&TĐ - With 1,583 scores of 10 in 12 subjects of the 2025 high school graduation exam, Hanoi is the locality with the most scores of 10 in the country.

According to information on the high school graduation exam score distribution announced by the Ministry of Education and Training on the afternoon of July 15, with 12 high school graduation exam subjects according to the 2018 General Education Program, the number of exams achieving absolute scores was more than 15,300.

In particular, the leading subject in the number of exams scoring 10 is Geography with 6,907 exams; Physics has 3,929 exams scoring 10; History has 1,518 exams scoring 10... Meanwhile, English only has 2 exams scoring 10, and Literature has no exams scoring 10.

Notably, in addition to only having high English scores like previous years, developed provinces and cities also have very high scores in Math, Literature, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, etc.; a typical example is Hanoi .

In this year's high school graduation exam, Hanoi continuously appeared in the statistics table of localities with the highest average exam scores and was also the locality with the highest score of 10 in the most exam subjects.

Specifically, for Math, Hanoi had more than 120,000 candidates taking the exam but the average math score ranked second in the country with 5,275 points; of which 93 had 10 points - leading the country.

For the Literature subject, the total number of candidates taking the exam was over 120,000, Hanoi had the 3rd average score (7,626 points).

In Physics, Hanoi has more than 34,000 candidates registered for the exam; Hanoi's average physics score ranks 5th nationwide (7,224 points) and 2nd nationwide in terms of 10 points (556 10 points).

In Information Technology, Hanoi leads the country in the number of 10 points (9 points 10).

In Chemistry, Hanoi ranked 3rd in the country in terms of average score (6,453 points) and led the country in terms of 10 points (83 10 points).

For Biology, Hanoi has nearly 3,700 candidates registered for the exam; the average score for Biology is second in the country (6,370 points), the city has 7 points of 10 (ranked second in the country).

In the subject of Economic and Legal Education, Hanoi had the most 10 points with 172 10 points; ranked 6th in terms of average score (7,860 points). The total number of candidates taking this subject in Hanoi was over 25,000.

In particular, in English, Hanoi leads the country in both the number of 10 points and the average score of the subject. The city has 56 10 points in English; Hanoi's average English score is 5,780 (with a total of approximately 60,000 candidates taking the exam).

In this year's high school graduation exam, Hanoi is the locality with the largest number of candidates in the country. The whole city has over 120,000 candidates participating in the exam. To perform the exam supervision well, the Hanoi City Examination Council arranged 5,587 rooms (including 5,172 exam rooms; 182 waiting rooms and 233 spare rooms) at 233 exam locations.
