On the morning of May 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting of the Council to evaluate and select investors to build technical infrastructure for the Ninh An Industrial Cluster (IC), Kien Xuong District. Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Council chaired the meeting.

Ninh An Industrial Park is located in Vu Ninh and Vu An communes, Kien Xuong district, with an area of 74 hectares. This is an industrial park planned to mainly receive projects subject to relocation to serve urban development along Tra Ly river, Thai Binh city. EFFEL Fiber Joint Stock Company proposed to be the infrastructure investor. The project has a total investment capital for the construction of technical infrastructure of the industrial park of nearly 680 billion VND. Currently, the investor has a financial plan, investment in the construction of technical infrastructure and management, environmental protection for the industrial park. The progress of implementing investment procedures is completed and the industrial park will be put into operation from 2025.

At the meeting, the representative of EFFEL Fiber Joint Stock Company reported on the investment plan for the technical infrastructure of Ninh An Industrial Park; the Department of Industry and Trade commented on the investor's capacity. The members of the Council for evaluating and selecting investors for the construction of the technical infrastructure of the Industrial Park discussed and clarified the feasibility of the project, site clearance, technical infrastructure investment roadmap, traffic infrastructure construction plan and assessed the investment, management and exploitation capacity of the enterprise... The members of the Council voted to score the investor, EFFEL Fiber Joint Stock Company qualified to be selected as the investor for the construction of the technical infrastructure of Ninh An Industrial Park.

Speaking at the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Council for Evaluation and Selection of Investors for Construction of Technical Infrastructure of Industrial Parks, agreed to assign the Department of Industry and Trade to review the dossier and request the investor to complete it in accordance with regulations. After being reviewed and approved by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee approves the investment policy, enterprises need to promptly implement the investment, have an environmental protection plan, build a synchronous traffic and connection system, build a centralized wastewater treatment plant with sufficient conditions to attract secondary investors. Mobilize resources to invest in technical infrastructure to ensure synchronization, modernity, in accordance with technical design and on schedule. Kien Xuong District People's Committee coordinates with investors to promptly implement site clearance steps; select and receive secondary investors to operate effectively, contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality.
