These are also the first programs following the internationalization policy of Hanoi National University. These 4 master's training programs include: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, built according to international accreditation standards and taught entirely in English by a team of experienced domestic and international experts and lecturers.
In addition, international students can also take basic Vietnamese language courses to support communication and living in Vietnam, as well as integrate into the local cultural environment during their studies. These 4 programs will enroll students from this year.
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy said that the network of 29 central and Hanoi hospitals will be prestigious practice facilities to ensure the quality of clinical practice.
India will be the first country to send students to study master's programs at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
“Partly because their domestic training facilities are not sufficient, but more importantly, Vietnam has become a highly regarded destination for the quality of training in the medical and pharmaceutical field,” said a school representative.
Currently, there are also more than 400 Indian students studying medicine at the university level in Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh City. “Attracting international students to study is extremely necessary and meaningful when creating an international environment right in Vietnam,” said a school representative.
