According to Deputy Director of Social Insurance Region XXVIII Pham Long Son, the training program focuses on four main issues, including: receiving and returning results of administrative procedures under the authority of the commune-level public administrative service center; implementing new points in the collection and development of participants according to the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance 2024.
In addition, the training session also deployed some new contents in the settlement of social insurance regimes according to the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance 2024; instructions on installing the VssID-BHXH application on the smartphone platform...
Deputy Director of the Provincial Post Office Huynh Nhu Quynh emphasized that this training program aims to improve awareness, knowledge and professional skills for personnel directly receiving and returning results of administrative procedure records in the fields of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
At the same time, strengthen coordination between social insurance agencies and the postal system in handling administrative procedures, ensuring consistency, synchronization, and compliance with regulations to successfully complete the goals and tasks of the 2025 plan according to the two-level local government.
