At the conference, the leaders of the two agencies agreed to sign a program of coordination of activities for the period 2025 - 2030. The coordination contents include: continuing to implement research, proposing, recommending the development, amendment and supplementation of policies on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance. Coordinating information and communication on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies. Training and fostering professional skills; exchanging information on units participating in social insurance and units newly establishing trade union organizations...

The two sides also coordinated in specialized inspections of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance payments at units and enterprises in the city. In particular, the City Social Insurance is responsible for notifying the City Labor Federation of the plan and results of the inter-sectoral inspection of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance payments between the two units.

The City Labor Federation is responsible for directing trade unions at all levels to coordinate and provide information and documents related to the implementation of laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance of the inspected unit to the specialized inspection team of the City Social Insurance in accordance with the provisions of law. Based on the nature and requirements of the case, the City Labor Federation will send staff to participate in the specialized inspection team at the request of the City Social Insurance.
