The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just instructed units and schools on the National Day holiday on September 2, 2025.
Specifically, the 2025 National Day holiday for officials, civil servants and employees of the Department of Education and Training; kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, vocational education - continuing education centers, and intermediate schools is 4 consecutive days, from August 30 (Saturday) to September 2 (Tuesday).
For units that do not have a fixed weekly Saturday and Sunday off schedule, the unit's actual situation will be used to arrange a suitable off schedule.
The Department of Education and Training also requires the hanging of the national flag at agencies, units, and schools according to regulations.
During the holiday, units need to strictly direct and protect agencies and schools; closely coordinate with local police to take necessary measures to ensure absolute safety of facilities, equipment, fire prevention and fighting... Along with that, propagate, educate and deploy to students about practicing a civilized and elegant lifestyle, maintaining social order and safety.
After the holiday, units need to immediately stabilize order, ensure activities are on schedule according to regulations and instructions and directions of the Department.
