Thai Binh Newspaper published a document soliciting public opinions on the proposal to consider awarding the Third Class Labor Medal to the People and cadres of Thai Binh province who have made outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Thai Binh province.
