The Forest Protection Department of Bat Xat Nature Reserve and the Forest Protection Department of Hoang Lien - Van Ban Nature Reserve remain intact.
The Forest Protection Units have legal status, their own seals, accounts and a full leadership structure as prescribed. In addition, the Conservation Area Management Boards and Regional Protection Forest Management Boards have also been strengthened and are under the Forest Protection Sub-Department and Regional Forest Protection Units to ensure effective forest management, protection and nature conservation.


Reorganizing the forest ranger system is an important step in the context of provincial mergers, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management of forestry, protecting forest resources, preserving conservation and sustainable development.
