In recent days, the whole country has been looking forward to celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). Joining in the jubilant atmosphere of the national festival, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Huyen (born in 1996, residing in Duong Minh Chau commune, Tay Ninh province) - owner of Thien Di bakery decided to invest and launch a special edition moon cake set called "Era of Rising - Radiant Vietnam".

The cakes are not only beautiful but also contain deep meaning.

A box of mooncakes “Era of Rising – Radiant Vietnam” includes 4 cakes printed with special images and words such as: The image of the national flag; Vietnam map combined with Dong Son bronze drum motifs; President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and lotus symbol; the words “Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom”.

The special edition mooncake box is meticulously and elaborately prepared, not only beautiful but also contains profound meaning. From the stamp, wooden box to the cake mold, the hand-embroidered silk cloth with the words "Era of Rising" and the "East Sea Dragon" lantern included in the box all show the careful investment and attention to every detail of the baker with the hope of spreading pride and passionate patriotism, thereby contributing to creating a bustling and exciting atmosphere to welcome the great festival of the nation.

Putting national pride into each moon cake, Bich Huyen shared: “This is a personal project full of passion that took me more than 2 months to complete from the idea to the completion of the product. My friend Nguyet Ha and I spent time researching, designing, selecting images and ordering custom-made cake molds at a workshop in Da Lat. Luckily, when hearing about the message and meaning of this moon cake box, the workshop owner agreed to support the production of molds according to request. For me, moon cakes are not only a dish, but also a cultural gift. I want to put my love for the country into each product so that customers can feel the national pride when holding the cake in their hands and enjoying it.”

Just a few days after its launch, the mooncake set “Era of Rising – Radiant Vietnam” received more than 200 orders. This partly shows the interest and support of customers for products containing humanistic meanings. These are not just simple mooncakes, but also a tribute to the generation of fathers who heroically sacrificed for national independence; also a reminder for the younger generation to remember, cherish and continue the tradition, joining hands to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nam (residing in Tan Ninh ward, Tay Ninh province) said: “Each moon cake is very impressive and sophisticated. When I heard about the meaning of the cake box, I did not hesitate to order it immediately, because this will be a very special gift for my parents and relatives on the upcoming National Day holiday”.

It is known that when she was a student, Bich Huyen had the opportunity to participate in baking workshops, meet and chat with people who shared the same interests. From then on, she decided to pursue her passion seriously, proactively enrolling in professional baking courses, actively working part-time at many different bakeries to accumulate practical experience. After graduating and having a stable job, Bich Huyen still spends her free time to strive to pursue her passion for baking.
