Concert “Vietnam in me”:

Despite heavy rain due to the impact of storm No. 5, the concert “Vietnam in Me” held on the evening of August 26 at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) still brought thousands of spectators wonderful moments of art, expressing pride and honoring the spiritual strength and resilient will of the nation.

The concert "Vietnam in Me" is a key activity within the framework of the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and co-organized by the Hanoi Opera House.

When the concert took place, storm No. 5 was still raging, causing heavy damage to the Central provinces. In the spirit of mutual love and support, "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", in the program, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism launched a movement towards the Central region, sending love, sharing, together overcoming the storm, lighting up the belief in a brighter tomorrow. Many audiences sent their love and sharing to the Central people directly in the program.

With the theme “Vietnam in me”, the program is an opportunity for the young generation to look back on the 80-year journey full of hardships but full of glory of the country: From the successful August Revolution, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, to the journey of building and defending the Fatherland today.

The program both honors the beauty of Vietnam's land and people, and arouses in the public patriotism, national pride and the desire to contribute to building the homeland.

Elaborately staged, combining music with modern sound and lighting technology, the program leads the audience through the flow of past - present - future with three parts: "Vietnam in me is a lullaby of memories", "Vietnam in me is the journeys", "Vietnam in me is love".

Many familiar songs are renewed through the energetic and creative performance style of famous artists, loved by young people such as Soobin Hoang Son, Hoa Minzy, Erik, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Quan AP, Duong Hoang Yen, Chillies group...

Despite the rain throughout the program, the artists devoted themselves enthusiastically, bringing eye-catching performances that touched the hearts of the audience. Some notable performances include “I am a Vietnamese person – Vietnamese homeland” performed by Anh Tu – Duong Hoang Yen; “Advancing to the dream” performed by Soobin Hoang Son; “Tu nguyen” with the combination of Soobin and Hoa Minzy; “Bac Bling”, “Se chien thang” sung by Hoa Minzy; “Dan ta hat dan ca” performed by Anh Tu; “Khat vong la nguoi Viet Nam” with the emotional voice of Duc Phuc; “To quoc trong nang mat nang” (Fatherland in the sun), “Cau vong lam linh” performed by Duong Hoang Yen; “Mui to am”, “Kiep sau van nguoi Viet Nam” performed by Quan AP; “Di giu troi ruc roc” (Advancing to the sky), “Anh trai nuoc Viet” performed by the youthful voice and vibrant choreography of Erik…

The program also features meaningful interactions with guest artists and inspirational documentary footage about the spirit of serving the Fatherland.

Overcoming the unfavorable weather, the concert promoted the spirit of “Vietnam in me” which is pride, patriotism, sharing, mutual love and support. The music in the concert is not only art, but also a thread connecting millions of hearts, beating together with the same beat of love for the homeland and solidarity with fellow countrymen.

The music night is a reminder: No matter how difficult it is, Vietnamese people always know how to stand together, overcome storms, so that a proud and loving Vietnam will always shine in our hearts.
