Concert Vietnam in me still takes place tonight despite the impact of storm number 5

On the afternoon of August 26, the organizers of the concert "Vietnam in Me" announced that the program will take place as planned despite unfavorable weather.

From the evening of August 25 to the early morning of August 26, storm No. 5 Kajiki caused severe damage in many localities across the country. In Hanoi , heavy rain caused many roads to be deeply flooded, disrupting traffic.

Despite the unfavorable weather, the Organizing Committee of the art program "Vietnam in Me" said that the program will still be held as scheduled at 8:00 p.m. the same day, at the North Courtyard of the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).

Concert Vietnam in me donates for the people of Central Vietnam

The organizers said that in recent days, the whole country has been thinking about storm number 5, deeply sympathizing with the people in the provinces that suffered damage.

At the same time, activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day still took place as planned, affirming the spiritual strength and resilient will of the Vietnamese people.

Overcoming the weather difficulties, the concert "Vietnam in me" will still take place to honor pride, patriotism, the spirit of sharing and mutual love.

Music is not only art, but also a thread connecting millions of hearts, sending faith and encouragement to the people of Central Vietnam who are suffering many losses.

At the event, the organizers also launched a donation program to support the people of Central Vietnam, and at the same time hoped that the audience would participate in the spirit of "Vietnam in me".

The concert "Vietnam in Me" is directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, performed by the Hanoi Opera House, in coordination with related units.

The event featured famous V-pop artists including Soobin, Duong Hoang Yen, Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, Erik, Quan AP, Anh Tu, and Chillies group.

The music night invested thoroughly in technology, sound and lighting, with selected performances, aiming to recreate 80 years of the nation's heroic journey, while at the same time arousing pride, love for the homeland and country and the desire to contribute, especially in the young generation.
