This afternoon (July 7), the leader of the People's Committee of Tay Dang town (Ba Vi district, Hanoi ) said that the above incident occurred at around 10:00 a.m. on July 6 at an empty lot next to Provincial Road 412, in the town area.

Specifically, at the above time, a hot air balloon carrying 9 people while traveling from Son Tay town to Ba Vi district (Hanoi city), unfortunately had a technical error and had to make an emergency landing on an empty lot in Tay Dang town.

"Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. After receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene, collected the balloon and brought it back to Son Tay town. This was just a technical error that forced the balloon to land, not a crash," the leader of Tay Dang town People's Committee added.
