More than 3 months after the television report "Misery of living with dust storms" published by Phu Tho Newspaper on June 16, 2024, the dust pollution situation on Provincial Road 316 in Dong Phu area, Thach Khoan commune, Thanh Son district has been basically resolved to ensure a living environment for people.
Regular water spraying has contributed to reducing dust pollution in Thach Khoan commune.
Immediately after the report was broadcast, the authorities and local authorities took action, organized work and propaganda with businesses and people. At the same time, they organized the signing of commitments not to violate regulations on ensuring environmental hygiene during the exploitation and transportation of mineral resources in the area. Up to now, the implementation has been serious, businesses have covered materials, cleaned tires before circulation and used water spray trucks to regularly wash the roads to minimize dust and environmental pollution.
