(Fatherland) - At the Vietnam Culture - Tourism Festival in Yunnan Province, China, which took place on the afternoon of November 5, many businesses operating in the tourism sector of Vietnam and China had the opportunity to meet, connect, negotiate, and promote cooperation.


During his working trip to China to attend the 8th Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Summit from November 5-8, 2024 and the 10th Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy Summit, the 11th Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam Cooperation Summit and work in China, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated, visited and encouraged businesses operating in the tourism sector of Vietnam. The Prime Minister expressed that this activity plays an important role in promoting bilateral cooperation in tourism, culture and economy, contributing to creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese tourism businesses to access and expand the market in China.

At the same time, introduce new destinations, unique tourism products, attract the attention of Chinese tourists, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of promoting Vietnamese tourism, contributing to boosting the Chinese tourist market.
