Implementing the guidance of the Vietnam Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Tradition Association on the consolidation of the Association's organization when merging and consolidating two-level administrative units (province - ward, commune), the Steering Committee has developed a draft Project for Association merger. Accordingly, the name of the Association after the merger: Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Tradition Association of Lam Dong province; headquarters: keep the old headquarters at 39/5/12 Ngo Quyen, Ward 6, Da Lat (Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat); keep the Association's Charter of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Tradition Association of Lam Dong province (old).
Organizational structure, number of members, and personnel of the Associations: Dak Nong has 800 members, 16 Executive Committee members, 7 Standing Committee members, 3 Inspection Committees; total number of new communes and wards is 28 (25 communes, 3 wards. Lam Dong has 1,400 members, 13 Executive Committee members, 5 Standing Committee members, 3 Inspection Committees; total number of new communes and wards is 54 (42 communes, 9 wards). Binh Thuan has 633 members, 11 Executive Committee members, 5 Standing Committee members, 1 Inspection Committee; total number of new communes and wards is 45 (commune 36, ward 8, special zone 1).
The proposed organizational structure of the new Association: Standing Committee of 4 people: 1 Chairman (in charge of general affairs), 3 Vice Chairmen: 1 Permanent Vice Chairman, 1 Vice Chairman in charge of economics, 1 Vice Chairman in charge of inspection work (Head of Inspection Committee). Standing Committee of 10 people: Dak Nong 3, Binh Thuan 3, Lam Dong 4. Inspection Committee of 7 people: 2 people from each province, 1 Head of the Committee is the Vice Chairman. The account number and seal remain the same as the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Lam Dong province (old). The assets and Association Funds of the Associations will continue to be used and liquidated (if any) when the new Association officially operates.

The conference agreed with the draft Project and proposed to establish two representative offices of the Association in the two former provinces of Dak Nong and Binh Thuan to facilitate the operation and implementation of the Association's work.

The conference elected the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Chairman and Vice Chairmen, the Inspection Committee, the Women's Work Committee, the accountant and treasurer according to the plan with a high spirit of unity. Mr. Dinh Huy Thu - Chairman of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Tradition Association of Lam Dong province (old) was elected as Chairman of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Tradition Association of Lam Dong province after the merger.
