Merging electronic information portals of two international and domestic terminals of Da Nang airport

DNO - On November 4, Da Nang International Airport announced that it has just joined Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT) to announce the merger of the electronic information portal for tourists, thereby improving customer experience and contributing to promoting Da Nang tourism .

Da Nang International Airport and Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company will merge online communication channels from November 1, 2024.

Currently, in the context of Da Nang tourism growing, the demand for information search on online platforms of tourists about Da Nang International Airport is constantly increasing. However, the fact that the domestic and international terminals previously owned separate electronic information platforms could cause confusion and lack of uniformity in identification for passengers.

Therefore, with the motto of continuous improvement for passengers, Da Nang International Airport and AHT decided to merge online communication channels from November 1, 2024.

It is known that the two sides have officially synchronized social network accounts including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

At the same time, the airport also unified an email source to update news for partners and passengers.

Following that, Da Nang International Airport will launch a new website with full information of terminals T1 and T2 in December to help visitors easily follow flight updates as well as airport activities in the most convenient way.

Based on the strong resources and extensive experience in aviation operations of both companies, this merger not only helps to enhance the image of Da Nang International Airport to the public but also serves as a stepping stone to create stronger communication campaigns in the future, contributing to promoting tourism and the economy of Da Nang.
