At the Kien Hung commune administrative service point, civil servant Pham Thi Thu, in charge of receiving documents, said that on the first day of implementing the two-level government, she arrived at 7am, eagerly waiting. People coming to do the procedures are well implemented. We also received positive feedback from the people. All civil servants have been trained and supported, so they are confident that they will do well to serve the people and businesses," said Ms. Thu.
